Our clients for over 20 years have trusted us with copies of their house keys should they need to be out while we are there. We either keep the keys with us while we are cleaning, or they remain in our house safe for security.

We know you love your pet! We have pets ourselves, and understand that each pet may have special considerations while we are in your home. We are happy to receive and adhere to your instructions!

Every house has different cleaning requirements, and we clean homes from single room apartments to much larger single family homes and offices. We don’t place a time limit on cleaning. When it’s clean, we are done!

Over the past 20 years, cleaning tens of thousands of homes and offices, we’ve come to discover the very best cleaning agents for every situation. Whether you have wood or granite counter tops, or carpet or tile floors, we choose the best product for the particular need. That being said, some clients have certain health situations, and/or are very passionate about environmentally safe products, so yes, we use those too.

We get this question a lot, strangely enough. We want to leave your place with complete knowledge that safety for your property is as important as cleanliness. Therefore, we do not leave the dryer (or any other heat-related appliance for that matter) on when we leave.

Yes you will unless someone calls in sick... then usually you will have myself (Shay) to clean.

If you like to be home, sure! But we are there to work and get your house clean as efficiently and as wonderfully as possible.

We know your schedule is as important to you as our keeping your schedule is to us. We work to be on time of course, but sometimes we can be a little early or late. Elements that can affect arrival time include if a customer ask us to do extras or if we run into traffic. If we are early, we usually wait outside until your scheduled time.

Please call us right away and either we won't use it again or if it bothers your house too much we will come back to get any offensive aromas out of your home.

For instance, our referral discount changes throughout the year due to holidays, but if your referral uses our services 2 times, typically you can get half off your next cleaning

Garages are nasty places, aren’t they? Of course, we are happy to clean your garage, and are happy to give you a quote, depending on its size and condition, and the particular work request.

We can clean whenever you like even during your party... the employees will wear catering uniforms. Fancy!

Don’t worry this happens all the time! The best course of action is to plan with us ahead of time so that we can minimize your pain, but I can clean up everything and make everything shine again.

Well we can help with that and give your employee a great CountryFresh clean place to work. We can contract with you for weekly cleaning – bi weekly, or even once a month.

Of course you are. Usually what happens is your cleaning day will before the day of the holiday but we can work with you for a more exact time.

Yes, cleaning ovens aren’t so much hard or bothersome, but they do take extra time, and we realize you don’t need it done every time. So, we don’t usually do deep cleaning of ovens as part of the normal cleaning, so that we can keep your monthly costs down. If ever you need your oven cleaned, let us know ahead of time, and I'll send a girl out that just clean only ovens and refrigerators. The charge is usually $25.00.

Yes we can, if we are available at your time for vacation. We love dogs!

Yes we can just give me dates and also when you sell the house we can clean for the new owners.
